At Evermemory, every personalized product is carefully created and produced specifically for you. We take pride in creating each piece with care and ensuring it arrives safely at your home.
Order Processing
For personalized products, your order first goes through our artwork creation and approval process.
You'll receive your artwork preview within 24 hours. Once you approve your design, or after 48 hours without a response, your order will be sent into production.
Production & Shipping
Once your artwork enters production, your canvas is professionally printed, carefully finished, packaged, and shipped from the USA.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after artwork approval.
Most orders arrive within this timeframe, but delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, holidays, and seasonal order volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, Evermemory cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Holidays and peak seasons
- Address issues
- Unexpected production delays
- Circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
